Carlos Alcaraz defeated Alex de Minaur 6-4, 3-6, 6-2 in the final of the Rotterdam Open on Sunday, claiming a first indoor trophy of his career alongside titles on grass, clay and hardcourt.

The top-seeded Alcaraz won 6-4, 3-6, 6-2 to become the first Spanish champion in the tournament’s 52-year history.

Carlos Alcaraz has revived a light-hearted rivalry with his own coach after lifting the trophy in Rotterdam. Juan Carlos Ferrero - a former world No. 1 and Grand Slam champion - has been working with Alcaraz since his junior days.
