ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that the Bucs would be taking wide receiver Chris Godwin Jr. off the Physically Unable to Perform list, allowing him to be on the 53-man roster to start the season.
The Panthers announced on Thursday that they have activated TE Tommy Tremble from the active/physically unable to perform list.
The Miami Dolphins activated veteran tight end Darren Waller from the physically unable to perform list on Wednesday. Waller, who announced his retirement 14 months ago, joined Miami in a July 1 trade with the New York Giants and has been working to get back into football shape.
