Wisconsin extreme cold watch; in effect Thursday night to Saturday
The National Weather Service has issued an extreme cold watch late Thursday, Jan 22 at night through early Saturday, Jan. 24. A wind chill warning has been issued for northern Minnesota and northeastern North Dakota where wind chills can be 56 degrees below zero.

Extreme Cold Watch issued for SE Wisconsin Thursday night-Saturday morning
The National Weather Service has issued an Extreme Cold Watch for southeast Wisconsin. It will be in effect from late Thursday night through Saturday morning. Wind chills could as low as 4o degrees below zero, which can cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
The Baltimore City Health Commissioner has declared a Code Blue Extreme Cold Alert for the city to start Monday as temperatures begin to drop into the teens.
