Red Cross vehicles have arrived at a site in Gaza City where Hamas is set to release American Israeli hostage Keith Siegel, 65, as part of the fourth round of hostage releases in its cease-fire deal with Israel.

In highly staged ceremonies, Hamas freed three people held captive over the last 15 months. Keeping to its part of the cease-fire deal, Israel released 183 Palestinians held in jails.

Hamas has released three male hostages and Israel is to release dozens of Palestinian prisoners as part of a fragile ceasefire agreement that has paused fighting in the Gaza Strip after more than 15 months of war.
