The Pitt women's volleyball team claimed at least a share of its fourth consecutive ACC championship, closing out the regular season with a 25-23, 25-19, 25-7 sweep at Georgia Tech Saturday afternoon.
With the win secured against Louisville, Pitt is now one step closer to securing the ACC Championship. Louisville, now bumped from the top of the ACC, sits behind Pitt and Stanford (26-4, 17-2 ACC), who are tied for first place in the conference.
For the past several years, the quest for the ACC women’s volleyball title mostly has been a two-horse race between Pitt and Louisville. But with the expansion of the conference, the top of the standings has become more crowded.

GT Volleyball downed 3-0 by #4 Pitt
Georgia Tech Volleyball closed out their 2025 regular season campaign getting swept by #4 Pittsburgh 3-0 (25-23, 25-19, 25-7), finishing with a 16-13 overall record and 11-9 in ACC play.
Pitt volleyball redshirt seniors Bre Kelley and Brooke Mosher were selected in the 2025 Major League Volleyball Draft on Monday. Kelley went sixth overall to the Orlando Valkyries, and Mosher was picked 15th by the Omaha Supernovas.
