The Golden State Warriors didn’t just add another All-Star when they brought in Jimmy Butler from Miami midway through last season. They added a personality. Butler has slipped into the Warriors’ rotation like he’s been there all along.
The All-Star Butler was traded from the Miami Heat in the middle of last season and was the Robin to Curry’s Batman that had the Warriors primed for a playoff run until Steph got hurt in the Game 1 win of the second round vs. the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry is currently spending some time on the bench due to illness. The 37-year-old has missed three straight games as he seems to be taking his time to return to the hardwood.
Star Steph Curry has been out the last three games, and other players have had to step up in his place. Jimmy Butler has been one of them, leading the team in scoring with 21 points in Sunday’s win over the Indiana Pacers. Butler has brought a spark to the Warriors not only on the court. He’s also brought his personality that is one of a kind.
The Warriors' injury report listed Stephen Curry and AI Horford as questionable for the upcoming clash against the Indiana Pacers
