The National Weather Service issued an updated winter storm warning at 1:40 p.m. EST on Sunday valid from Monday 1 a.m. EST until Tuesday 1 a.m. EST for Leelanau, Antrim, Otsego, Benzie, Grand Traverse,

The National Weather Service has also issued a wind advisory for 16 New Jersey counties Monday with up to 50 mph gusts possible.

"An impactful storm system will move into Michigan Sunday into early next week, with accumulating snow, strong winds, and blowing snow," the National Weather Service in Grand Rapids said on Facebook. "The best chances for heavy snow will be across the Upper Peninsula, and the snow belts of lower Michigan.

On Thursday at 7:18 p.m. the National Weather Service released an updated winter weather advisory valid from Friday 1 p.m. until Saturday 7 a.m. for Susquehanna County.
