BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man has pleaded guilty in connection to a fatal shooting on the Fourth of July in 2023, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office said Thursday.
A 59-year-old man from Buffalo, Missouri, was killed in a collision with a semi-truck on U.S. Highway 65 and Byrum Avenue early Monday morning, while the driver of the semi-truck received minor injuries.
The name change follows a $50 million donation from Thomas Golisano, the founder of Paychex and the Golisano Foundation.
