Juventus have completed the sale of Douglas Luiz to Nottingham Forest for a total fee of €28m plus up to €3.5m in add-ons, meaning they’ll make a significant loss a year on from his Aston Villa

Nottingham Forest continue their streak of transfers with former Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz, who joins The Tricky Trees from Juventus.

Nottingham Forest have signed Douglas Luiz on an initial loan from Juventus, the club have announced. Luiz, who joined Juventus in a deal worth €50 million ($53.5m) a year ago, moves to Forest on an initial season-long loan deal with an obligation for the club to make the deal permanent next summer.
