A Jacksonville man is $1 million richer. The Florida Lottery announced Friday that 61-year-old Billy Pitman claimed the prize from the $25 million Gold Rush Multiplier Scratch-Off game in November. Pitman purchased the winning ticket from a Winn-Dixie in Jacksonville.

The Fantasy 5 midday drawing, came up lucky for low number players. The numbers 4, 6, 9, 11 and 14 were on a Quick Pick ticket bought at the Hialeah Sedano's at 3140 W. 76th St.; a ticket sold at the RaceTrac, 1102 Hermit Smith Rd., in Apopka; and the Cumberland Farms in Santa Rosa County at 9810 Navarre Pkwy. Each ticket is worth $18,491.
