TAMPA, Fla. — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a missing child alert for 15-year-old Joshua Hill out of Hillsborough County. According to FDLE, Joshua was last seen Sunday in the 4500 block of Wishart Blvd. in Tampa. He has blue eyes and blonde hair and is six feet three inches tall, 275 pounds.
