CONCAT and TEXTJOIN were added to Excel in 2019, so if you're using an older version, you might not have access to these functions.

CONCATENATE may not be available in future versions of Excel. If you have an Office 365 subscription and can't use the CONCAT function, update to the latest version of Excel.
