The leaders of Boston, New York, Chicago and Denver will appear before the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

Calvion Dayshun Thomas, 24, was pulled over during a traffic stop by Chicago police and arrested on Feb. 17, Arkansas State Police said in a Feb. 24 news release. He’s charged with murder, battery, theft by receiving and fleeing.
