Databricks, a competitor for data cloud platforms such as Snowflake (NYSE:SNOW), has raised $15B through recent fundraising and debt financing, and also gained Meta Platforms (NASDAQ:META) as a strategic investor.
Databricks said on Wednesday Meta Platforms had joined as an investor in a $10 billion funding round intended to fuel the data analytics startup's expansion plans and new product development.
