Critics Choice Awards are being handed out in Santa Monica. Chelsea Handler, hosting for the third time, began the show with a sincere tribute to the Los Angeles fire department first responders, some of whom where seated in Barker Hangar and received a prolonged standing ovation from the crowd.

In his heartfelt Critics Choice acceptance speech, he profusely thanked our group. As the evening went on, it became apparent that not one or even two films would dominate; in the end, three films won three awards.
