Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ:META) is mulling whether to move its incorporation to from Delaware to Texas, the Wall Street journal reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The Instagram parent is exploring the possibility of relocating its legal incorporation to Texas from Delaware, according to The Wall Street Journal.

According to an agreement with Spanish-based Zelestra, four solar facilities will put 595 MW of energy into the ERCOT grid for Meta's data centers.
