@expedia needs to BAN @fourpoints HOTELS UNTIL THIS IS FIXED!! I couldn’t shower for 2 days after a @fourpoints at Houston by @marriotthotels lied and said they gave me a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower when they didn’t! They provided me with an email stating they didn’t have the room available.
