Hospitality of Monks ✝️ while on our Greek Culinary Tour, we observed how Greeks practice hospitality. ☀️Hosted by 2 monks, who have lived in this monastery on a Greek seaside for 50 years, we quietly saw a way of life only few choose. 📸Pictures were not allowed, so sharing here what I could. After scaling nearly 1000 feet of elevation, we were given a local liqueur the monks make, called Raki, and sweet chewy treat while inside. It was a reverent and wonderful experience.
