Save my copycat recipe for Wingstop Fries and Ranch. I cut up 4 large russet potatoes, soaked in cold water, rinsed, dried and sprinkled 1 1/2 tbsps of cornstarch and 3 tbsps of avocado oil. Bake in the oven at 450f degrees for 30 minutes or 40 minutes for more crispy. The fry seasoning is 1/2 tsp of brown sugar, sugar, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder.
