We are told but cannot confirm that this chase started in the Bronx after a possible assault. Some how the man got access to a building on Hamilton and then jumped to the roof of another building injuring himself. He was safely removed

The smoke was coming out from the same warehouse where the fire was a month or so ago. Smell of chemicals could be felt but no flames visible while I was here.
