Just steps from the U.S.-Mexico border, the Mexican army shut down an outdoor drug lab on Tuesday that was producing about 200 kilograms of crystal meth a day, officials said. The lab was located just outside of the Mexican border town of La Rumorosa, about 80 kilometers away from Jacumba Hot Springs, California.
