Song: Grief Burn Out! We experienced soooo many emotions, repeated trauma and triggers of the holiday's. It's so many mother's first holiday's without their child and many for other grieving mother's such as myself. It's hard finding safe space with people who invites us to events that our children would have attended and yet, they feel uncomfortable if our children name is spoken.
