This week SJCFR congratulated Lieutenant John A. Fazio on his retirement. Lt. Fazio started his career in 1982 as a volunteer firefighter at St. Augustine South Volunteer Fire Department #5, and in October 1997, Lt. Fazio became a full-time Firefighter/Paramedic with now, St. Johns County Fire Rescue. John has spent nearly 40 years serving the residents and visitors of St. Johns County. Lt.
