🏒On May 3, 1991 in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals, the Bruins’ Cam Neely scored his 47th career playoff goal, breaking Phil Esposito‘s record for most playoff goals for Boston. Unfortunately, the game would be best remembered for Neely’s injury after a cheap shot by the Pittsburgh Penguins Ulf Samuelsson, an injury that would limit Neely to only 162 games for the remainder of his NHL career and force him to retire at 31.
